As the creator of the Q’s ENCORE METHOD, his mission is to help athletes unlock their full potential through focused core training, strength, and recovery techniques.

THE STORY BEHIND THE Q's ENCORE METHOD

The image you see here is me at just 11 years old suited up in my football gear, full of determination, but struggling with something I couldn’t yet understand.

Back then, I had the drive but lacked the awareness of how my body was truly meant to move. I didn’t know it yet, but I was disconnected from my core, those hidden muscles that hold the key to balance, power, and injury prevention. For more than a decade, I trained hard, pushed myself, and chased performance, without realizing that I was missing the foundation.

​

That journey—of fighting through frustration, discovering my body’s full potential, and finally unlocking true movement control is what shaped the Q’s ENCORE METHOD.

This isn’t just another fitness program. It’s a system built from real struggle and real growth—designed to help young athletes, adults, and professionals alike avoid the mistakes I made and step into their full potential from day one.

My mission now is to pass that knowledge forward to empower others to move smarter, train better, and become the strongest version of themselves from the inside out.
